How is payment handled?
After signing in, you’ll continue to Polar’s secure checkout. Hair Fairy never receives your card details.
When do my images reset?
Weekly Premium resets to 20 images after each successful weekly payment. Monthly Premium resets to 60 after each successful monthly payment. Unused subscription images do not roll over.
How do I cancel or change plans?
Open Billing from your Hair Fairy account. Polar lets you cancel at the end of the paid period, update your payment method, or schedule a different plan for the next renewal.
I previously bought an image pack. What happens to it?
Your remaining legacy images are still available, remain watermark-free, and do not expire. New image packs are no longer sold.
