Welcome to Hair Fairy

By using Hair Fairy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service overview

Hair Fairy provides AI-generated hairstyle previews. Each account receives one lifetime free watermarked preset image. Additional images and custom-style features are available through recurring Premium plans. Features may change as the service improves, and occasional downtime may occur.

Accounts

An email/password account is required for free generation, purchases, and paid images. Use an email address you control, keep your password private, and do not share or transfer your account. You may delete your account from the account page.

Acceptable use

Use Hair Fairy only for lawful hairstyle visualization. You agree to:

  • Upload only photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use.
  • Not upload illegal, exploitative, offensive, harmful, or privacy-invasive content.
  • Not attempt to hack, disrupt, automate abuse of, reverse engineer, or bypass limits in the service.
  • Not use Hair Fairy in a way that violates another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.

Photo usage

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it and that processing it does not violate anyone’s rights. Photos are sent through Hair Fairy’s server to Google Gemini for image generation. Hair Fairy processes source, reference, and generated images in memory and does not intentionally save them in its application database, object storage, or long-term file storage. Google may temporarily retain API data under its applicable service terms.

AI-generated results

Hair Fairy uses Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite Image to create hairstyle previews. Results are simulations and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable as salon instructions. Real-world results depend on factors including hair texture, density, condition, growth pattern, current length, and stylist skill. We do not guarantee that a displayed haircut or color can be achieved.

Pricing and purchases

  • Free experience: one lifetime watermarked preset image per account.
  • Weekly Premium: $4.99 USD for 20 images per weekly billing period.
  • Monthly Premium: $9.99 USD for 60 images per monthly billing period.

Premium payments are processed by Polar and linked to the signed-in Hair Fairy account. Each plan renews automatically at its stated interval until canceled. You can cancel, update payment details, or schedule a plan change through Polar’s billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless you delete your Hair Fairy account, which ends access immediately.

After each successful renewal, the plan balance resets to 20 weekly or 60 monthly images. Unused subscription images do not roll over, have no cash value, and are not transferable. A failed renewal does not add a new allowance. Images remaining from image packs sold under Hair Fairy’s previous billing model remain usable, do not expire, and are consumed after any active subscription allowance.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a technical issue prevents you from using paid images, contact hello@hairfairy.app and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate refund. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.

Service availability

We aim to keep Hair Fairy available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, provider outages, safety filtering, usage limits, and technical problems may temporarily prevent generation or account access.

Intellectual property

Hair Fairy’s design, code, content, and branding are owned by us or their respective licensors. Subject to applicable law and third-party terms, you may download and use hairstyle results created from your photos for personal purposes. You do not receive rights to Hair Fairy’s application, branding, or editorial content.

Limitation of liability

Hair Fairy is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for haircut or coloring decisions made from an AI preview, dissatisfaction with real-world salon results, temporary service interruptions, or the loss of browser-only generated images. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Account suspension and deletion

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, unlawful use, or violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time; deletion cancels any active subscription, removes unused subscription and legacy images, and cannot be undone.

Optional analytics

Analytics is not required to create an account, purchase images, or generate an image. Hair Fairy requests prior analytics consent in the regions identified in the Privacy Policy and enables analytics by default elsewhere under its regional policy. The Privacy Policy explains how to change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Hair Fairy evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If a material change requires renewed consent, we will request it where required.
